There are a few reasons why this can happen; TheTVDB data is missing, being edited, or the episode has no title.
Can you try again and send theTVDB link (click the "Open TVDB page" just under the show details)?

Hi MrGrimm!
Well this seems to be an issue with TheTVDB - they are not listing the missing episodes on their website either. See attached screenshot.
As for your Avatar question; we use the Gravatar service.
It's a free service, not much needed to register, just your email address and a picture of your choice. You can add multiple email addresses (make sure the one you used here is there as well).
All websites that use Gravatar will automatically get your avatar picture now (quite a lot of WordPress websites and all kinds of forum use it).
So to answer your question; rest assured, you're not going blind

Apologies for the inconvenience ...
This is very possible indeed - to speed up page loading, I'm using a Gravatar Cache for my website - it usually takes a few days before it catches up.
I manually removed your from the cache, so it now displays. You may need to empty the cache of your browser to see it.
Nice avatar by the way!
