Thanks so much for this software! I use it every day and it's an incredibly convenient little program.
In the latest version, it seems like when I create a separator, it doesn't appear in the UI. This is even when I have "Add Horizontal line" and "Display as Sub Menu" checked.

Separators and sub menu's should work just fine in the latest version (I do use it myself).
However ... when there is nothing in a submenu or nothing between two separators, then these will not show.
So when adding a seperator, make sure there is at least one item underneath the seprator.
With menu's make sure it has at least one item.
Also: you may need to close the configuration window before it is applied to the actual menu.
