I posted about the issue some time ago. I didn't bother to mention it cause I figure it was a one off fluke, but today I

got a second file that won't rename. I have posted it to Wormhole along with my program folder for RMTV.

Yes both CCCP64 and mrgrimm are me. Not sure what happened on the forum when I changed Usernames, but somehow

When I did a username change it kept the old one as well. I have been slowly changing everything to IAmHugh for forums

using the emal that begins with glacXXXXXXXXXXX@protonmail.com . If you could please go through and see if you can

get everything to IAmHugh and the glac email address that would be great.  As for the usermenu I'm aware of it, but as I

said the links do not work properly. Never takes to my activity, never takes to my profile, etc.... get 404 pages.

Now as for the video files I think they may have just been larger than I normally download and I just didn't catch it. . Sonarr

for whatever reason from time to time likes to grab files that are anywhere from 5 to 10 times the max I have set, so of

course RMTV is going to take much much longer to process them giving the impression that it froze.

Were you able to login with both names?
I didn't see anything in the admin panel that allows me to change mrgrimm. cccp64 however I can change.
So if cccp64 works then I can update that.

What did you mean with "glac" email address? (p.s. feel free to reply by email - to keep things more private) 

I've seen Sonarr grab ".scr" (Windows fake screensavers) and ".exe" as well at times (it doesn't import them thank goodness, but doesn't remove them either). So not the first time I see Sonarr do odd things. 😉

As far as I can tell the only one that will login is mrgrimm not the cccp64. If I click on the User Menu right at the top "My Profile (mrgrimm), but as you can see in the post it's showing CCCP64. As for the glac it would be the Protonmail address I emailed you from over the weekend.

I just took the chance and clicked my user name next to one of my post and was finally taken to my profile. Got the username, nickname, and email changed.

Cool, so we got most of that solved. Still not sure what "glac" stands for, but I assume its fixed?
Let me know if it isn't so I can make some changes.

As for your original Docker request: I really do not use Dockers (not a fan).
Made me wonder how this would work. Forgot what platform you're even on?

glac is the first part of the email address I email from over the weekend. I have since been able to change the email here to that.

As for the username that is something you will have to change cause I cannot. I do believe the fact that it's still mrgrimm is why

I cannot get to my profile from the user menu and I can when I click on my name in one of my post. I believe once you change

the username to iamhugh all will be good.

As for the files I'm fairly certain the issue was the two being at lease 10 times larger than I normally download so of course

RMTV was taking it's time renaming them.

As for Docker I had had the media stack in it with Portainer til I talked with a friend who has his own media stack. He couldn't

understand why I didn't just use Podman with Podman Compose and Podman Desktop, so I had the stack redone using

those instead. It is installed and runs from a secondary SSD so if I rerun my OS all I have to do is install Podman Desktop.

run a few commands and be back to where I was with the stack without having to rebuild each app in it.

As for creating a container for RMTV no biggy cause in Linux all one has to do is install RMTV and replace it's program

folder with a backed up copy and be good to go with their personal settings.

Folks use more and more odd abbreviations, so I thought this was one one of those.

Unfortunately, the username cannot be changed it seems:

I did find a plugin that allows to change the username on Wordpress level.
Not sure how "bad" this idea is, but I gave it a try.

I Changed mrgrimm to iamhugh (capitals not allowed, but your nickname and displayname still use the capitals).

Issue renaming file:

RMTV only is affected by filesize if you use ffprobe for detecting resolution, audio format etc., OR when updating meta data (uses ffmpeg and can be very slow if the file is huge).

Let me know when you run into this issue again (you could give it a try by disabling both features - I myself do not use either of them).

Docker:

As mentioned before, I do not use Docker as I do not really like Dockers.

Since you did some stuff with Podman tools (unfamiliar with those), I carefully assume you're good to go?

Back in the day we could store application data with the application, but these days most OS'es won't let you.

The issue with files being too large is pretty rare and I like having the metadata name and info matching the seen show name and info, so all's good there.
