While looking into this, I found this picture showing the thickness of wires needed considering the Amps. This is probably not the most scientific way, also consider looking for the AWG value of a wire, but at least it got me started looking in the right direction. So I'm posting this here for my own reference, and maybe it is useful for others as well.

KODI (a.k.a. XBMC) KODI (XBMC) is probably the best media center application out there, suitable for multiple platforms.
TinyMediaManager Small, but slick little application to manage your movies and movies meta-data (Windows, MacOS X and Linux!).
