Based on user requests and wonderful suggestions made by Norbert Truchsess (developer of UIPEthernet), the final code for the project has been updated in the hope that it provides better stability when used for longer time frames.

Today I posted another update for the Arduino code.
This time with a fix so it runs stable long term, it even recovers fine when Ethernet connections start failing.
