[Solved] QNAP - Reports QPKG "disabled", how to enable the QPKG again?

For some odd reason, I wasn't able to start one of my installed applications from terminal, as it kept reporting "disabled".
Eg. for Jellyfin this would say something like:
Jellyfin is not enabled.
So how do you "enable" this QPKG?
I found this to be the way to do this:
qpkg_cli --enable Jellyfin
Note that qpkg_cli is a quite power full tool for dealing with QPKG files.
