How can I remove my Raid (encrypted) via SSH and Reset Device again

I have done factory reset but cannot get to the gui it just sits on the Loading screen after username and password installwed?

Not sure if I can help, but these are the things I'd look at:
1) Remove any external device (USB drives) and boot again.
I've had it in the past that a reboot would get stuck on because of external disks.
2) If that still doesn't work: remove all disks and see if you boot and can get to the menu.
If the second step works:
While the QNAP is running, insert one disk at a time, and see if you can remove the volume in "Storage & Snapshots".
p.s. after factory reset the default username and password should allow you into the web interface. See also QNAP Default Username and Password.
Short version:
For QTS versions 4.4.1 or earlier:
Username: admin
Password: admin
For QTS versions 4.4.2 or later:
Username: admin
Password: is the first MAC address of the NAS in uppercase letters and without special characters. E.g. if the MAC address is 00-08-9B-F6-15-75, then the default administrator account password is "00089BF61575".
