Account Activation bug fixed!!!

It took me a few days to find the culprit, but I finally managed to fix the problem where new users would never get their activation email.
I've passed the fix on to the mankers of the forum who will incorporate this in their next release.
With this came some changes on what the activation page looks like and how login/logout is handled.
