[Solved] Need to hire for micro-controller programming, where do I go?

I'm designing a display piece that needs to be lit with what I'm imagining to be a small cluster of LED lights, maybe something similar to a puck light, but I need to custom program the light sequence. I've recently seen a video on how you can use an arduino to run custom LED light programs, but I have no such programming knowledge and I'm not sure using an arduino, necessarily, is the only way to get this done. I need to contract someone to write an arduino program to run LED lights and teach me how to put together such a light system, as well as flash the program to new processors.

Where should I go? ... On Fiverr or elsewhere on the web to request this kind of job?

Hi toonces, welcome to the forum.

Asking in a forum like this, or the official Arduino forum, would be a good start.
I'm not sure how complex your project is and how much custom work needs to be done, but you may get lucky and even get free support. Some work on your end would be expected though.

For more complex projects and/or if you have the budget for it Fiverr could be a good start, or for even more advanced projectjes you could try UpWork.

In either case, a detailed description would be needed. From what I understand in your post, you need something like a "disc" or a circle like light source, that can certain effects. Would these effects be custom, or would they match any of the effects listed here
