UPDATE: Improved printability of articles

Today I have updated the CSS for printing articles.
This effectively should;

1) Reduce blurry print-outs for browsers that have issues with the CSS Zoom property,
2) Larger and more readable fonts,
3) Accidental placement of Amazon ads removed,
4) Improved readability of code examples.

Please feel free to report issues you might observer.

A known issue is that some browsers cut lines in half, printing one part of a font on one page, and the other part on another.
I've optimized CSS as much as I can to prevent this, but it does not seem to prevent this from happening in some occasions.
