Hi I have 6 identical Kingston 8gb cards, all bought at the same time. I installed all software on one card and created an image using Pi Baker. I tried restoring it and it failed to run as described previously. I then tried restoring to another one of the cards with the same result. I then did a new install of all software on another card, created an image and restored this with the same result ... it won't auto run as the original. Beats me. I have now given up and manually installed all six cards with the software. Very time consuming, but at least it works.

That is indeed frustrating.
Can you verify the startup script on the copy? See if there is something goofy going on there?
