For some odd reason, after updating my OPNSense firewall, the DynDNS plugin started displaying the message that it was misconfigured (in the "System" - "Firmware" - "Plugins" page):

After some searching I found how to fix the error message:

Got to the "System" - "Firmware" - "Status" page.
At the lower right you'll most likely see the button "Resolve plugin conflicts".
When you click it, it will show the option "Reset all local conflicts" - select that one and you'll find that the DynDNS is now listed as "installed" instead of "misconfigured".
