macOS - Terminal - Use speech in Terminal or scripts

For a little test I wanted a script to use speech and say something out loud.
In Terminal this is done with the "say" command:
say "Hello World"
Note: The selected voice is controlled in you System Preferences -> Accessibility -> Spoken Content -> System Voice (this is for Big Sur, older macOS version may call this "Speech").
