For those running NZBGet and Sonarr, by default failed downloads will be hidden ... which can be a pain if you'd like to see which eposides need to be downloaded again ...
This is how you disable this "feature":
Go to Sonarr -> Settings -> Download Client -> look under “Failed Download Handling” and set “Remove” to “No”.
That fixes the issue.
