XBox One - Call of Duty: Ghosts - stuck on black screen (Won't load)

More and more users seem to run into the situation where the start "Call of Duty: Ghosts" get's stuck when starting the game (or continuing a game).
Typically the screen remains black, and the only way to "fix" this is by simply powering down the XBox One and after that unplugging the power.
Alternatively: keep pressing the XBox button on the console to reboot the console.
