I know, most packages will list dependencies of the binary you're using.
But what about binaries I compiled myself?
Lazarus, and other higher level languages, may depend on libraries you're not even aware of.
So how do I determine these under macOS or Linux?
macOS:
otool -L <path-to-binary>
Linux:
ldd <path-to-binary>
or:
readelf -d <path-to-binary> | grep 'NEEDED'
Hope this is helpful to anyone out there 😁
