Windows 8.x already comes preloaded with some touch games, but the "Microsoft Touch Pack for Windows 7" (free) offers some fun toys that we cannot find under Windows 8 or 8.1.
When you try to install it under Windows 8.x, you will see an error message appear:
Bing Maps 3D cannot be installed. Install Microsoft Framework and try again
Which is caused by a lacking .NET framework ...
Installing this isn't hard; run "appwiz.cpl" and click (left side) the "Windows Features".
In the appearing list, check the "Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.x" option and click "OK".
Now Windows will install the .NET framework needed (click "Download").
After that you can install the Touch Pack without a problem ...
