To upgrade from Windows 10 (any version) to Windows 11, on a computer with an unsupported CPU, follow these steps;
Download the Windows 11 ISO file from this Microsoft web page (the method with the Windows 11 install assistant won't work)
Open regedit and go to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup\MoSetup
Now add a new key, by right-clicking in the right pane and pick New -> DWORD (32-bit) Value and call it “AllowUpgradesWithUnsupportedTPMOrCPU” (without the quotes of course). Set the new value to "1" (without the quotes).
Close regedit.
Now right-click the ISO file and select Open with -> Windows Explorer to mount the ISO as a virtual disk. After that double-click the setup.exe file to begin installation.
