Thanks. I'm trying to merge those effects with the ones in my .ino file (linked above). Would it be as simple as plugging the code in my existing .ino file? I don't know that the formats will place nicely with eachother. Any thoughts or examples of merging the two you can provide? Thanks!

Hi Drivium,
apologies for the very late response - I'm in the middle of moving from the US to Europe and you message was overlooked in the chaos. Again apologies.
The INO you provided (attached) is rather complex, and merging might come with a few challenges.
First of all, in the All-in-one sketch I actually reset the Arduino when toggling between effects. Since the sketch you provided uses WiFi, this WiFi connection will most likely get lost as well during the reset and would need to be setup again - I'm not sure if this will cause issue (I'd assume it would).
It is however a very interesting project ...
I'll have to wait until my stuff arrives in Europe before I can play with it (would be my first ESP8266 experiment as well haha).

Hi Drivium,
I hadn't looked at this in a while and the attachment is actually a mystery to me as well - so I removed it.
The article for all-in-one has a sketch for use with FastLED (recommended) and NeoPixel as well.
