Dolby Vision and HDR detection does not seem to work in Windows v2.3.7 I have tried a variety of files which have either just Dolby Vision, HDR and ones with both. The variables "%DV" and "%HDR" always comes up blank.

Looks like your format string is incorrect. From your screenshot, you're using this format string:
%N (%Y).S%SZE%EZ.%T%.F%.DV%.HDR.WEB-DL.Atmos%.V
It's not "%.DV", but ".%DV", and instead of just "%.HDR" you'll need ".%HDR".
(the "dot" feature works only with some parameters).
(Easy to overlook, happens to the best of us 😉 )

That was actually intentional. According to the Filename Format Help ( https://imgur.com/yPP9vXG ), putting the period after the percentage sign makes the period appear ONLY if DV or HDR is detected?
I actually also tried ".%DV" and ".%HDR" and it also didn't work. Except for the extra consecutive periods that would appear in the filename. Meaning it seems to me that DV and HDR sensing is not working for whatever reason. I also tried it on numorous other files, not just the two Test01 and Test02.
Also, I was trying to test to see if it differentiated between "HDR" and "HDR+," but it did not work at all with all the 4K formats.

I'll try to make some time this week to take a look and dig through the ffprobe output to see why it doesn't pick that up.
I do recall downloading test videos with HDR and DV, since I have none of those myself.
Do you happen to have a small file to test with?
Trying to find some test files, and found some at the Kodi Wiki (link).
As you can imagine, I'm not sure what files to pick - there are so many and so many variations.
Maybe you can cut a small piece of some of the files you have?
(I realize this can be a pain/challenge)
Found a sample that shows this bug - so I can reproduce now without needing a sample (phew!).
Have not found the bug yet but working on it.

All the files I have were at least 1Gb in size, and not very practical to send! But I'm glad you found some, and also fixed the bug!
