personally i'd remove that feature. no legitimate reason for peeps not to manually move the file(s) themselves. like myself ALL downloads get downloaded into my torrents folder. from there i name whatever the file is appropriately and then file it away.

Yeah, I do agree with your workflow ...
But you'll be amazed to see how folks tend to use my applications different than intended, and in a case like this:
it was fun to figure out how the Trashcan on the different Operating Systems work. 😊

the settings no biggy cause it's under a min to set it back up. oh i know the tvfb is going to have more and more issues, there management is a true joke. as for your program you really need to fix the issue of the program crashing on launch when the tvdb isn't available. yours is the only one that does that, all the rest at least launch and only give an error message when you try to access the tvdb through them. that said if i were you on launch i'd have it set in this order the tvdb, the moviedb, tvmaze. i would have it tell me cannot access the tvdb trying the moviedb and so fourth. as for banners for those who care fanart.tv.

on niggy on the settings, after all it only takes less than 30 seconds to set it back up. i have no doubt that we will be facing more and more issues with the tvdb. what you need to do which every other renamer out there does is fix yours so it does not crash upon launching when the tvdb api is not available, and yes yours is the only one that does. the others at least launch and when you attempt to use the tvdb give you a error message. as for tvmaze and the moviedb i hope you you set up rmtv to attempt the tvdb first, if no luck there then the moviedb, and then tvmaze. for banners for those that actually care add a subsystem to fanart. take a look at the duckietv code and talk to the dev for that github project.

https://simkl.com/ - not sure what they have if anything, but worth a look

Seeing your other post ... yeah I can imagine this function would then be useful.
