I just ran into this issue, so I thought I'd share ...
A user posted a comment with the wrong post (due to WP issues), so I had to move the post back to the correct post.
You could tinker in the WordPress database, but it's much easier with this little add-on: Tako Movable Comments
Quick to install and easy to use (after install and activation, go to comments and click "Edit" under the comment you'd like to move).
Works fine under WordPress 3.8 (I use WP in MU mode).
