Most controls have a "Hint" and "ShowHint" property, which allows you to show those little yellow balloons with a hint ...
So how can you change these hint? This is where TApplicationProperties comes in which offers:
HintColor - you can change it from yellow to for example clWhite
HintHidePause - How long it takes before a hint disappears
HintPause - How long it takes for a hint to appear
