Why REGISTER to the forum does not work ?

What is the problem ?

Hi Elico,

I'd love to help out, but registering a user on a forum on their behalf is not something I'd want to do - for several reasons.

Can you tell me what happens when you try to register? Maybe I can help out solve the problem.
