[Solved] Delphi - How to detect if you're running your application in the IDE

It is surprisingly easy to detect if your application is running from the Delphi IDE or not ...

if DebugHook<>0 then 
ShowMessage('Running in Delphi IDE');

This can be useful for when you have trial components or when you're debugging and in your code you'd like to pick the test database server instead of the production server ...
