<p>The fact that it shows as RAW means that Windows no longer recognizes the filesystem.</p>
<p>I'd personally start with a trail version of, for example, <a href="https://www.easeus.com/ad/raw-drive-recovery.htm" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Easeus Data Recovery</a> software.<br />Be careful though and mindful when using tools like these, and keep in mind that most of these tools are expensive (Easeus being an exception).</p>
<p>Steps recommended by an article on <a href="https://www.ifixit.com/Wiki/What_to_do_If_the_Hard_Disk_is_Recognized_as_RAW" target="_blank" rel="noopener">iFixit</a>:</p>
<ol>
<li>First of all, go to Disk Management (Control Panel/System and Security/Administrative Tools/Create and format hard disk partitions).</li>
<li>Remember the letter of the drive where you have RAW file system.</li>
<li>Launch Command Prompt as administrator. In Windows 10/11 it can be done easily: right-click on the START menu, and choose Command Prompt (Administrator) from the appearing menu.</li>
<li>Then enter the command “chkdsk D: /f” (instead of D: – specify your drive letter) and press ENTER.</li>
