Please Help! Can anybody help me in creating a bootable iso file from bootable USB flash drive. Acctually, I want to use that USB for some further work and I want to create a backup of it. So is there a way so that I can easily convert my bootable USB to an ISO file. Please help ASAP.

I'm not 100% sure what you're trying to do, but I did find this article on how to convert a bootable USB to an ISO file.
Is this what you had in mind?
Note that an ISO file will be read-only, so I'm not sure if this will be helpful for your purpose.

I totally get your point what you are trying to do and its pretty simple then you thought. You can easily create your bootable usb from usb. And the only thing you have to do is to follow some simple steps and choose the right tool.
So just follow these steps:-
1. Download and install imgburn
2. Now Click on create image from files/folder
3. Now select the USB drive and output directory for iso file
4. Click on Ready
