When I use "Rename my TV series 2" on auto rename.....for example, when I want to rename an entire tv show series such as archer, the software will zero out my video file; see below

This is a real bummer. I do not know what causes it. All these videos files were at least 1 MB each and now it is 0 KB!.  This is not the first time, it usually is 1 or 2 files, now it is an entire season. I think the coder would need to see what is happening. I dont have the log file if there is one because I uninstalled the software until this software is ready for prime time.  Thanks. Welcome any comments.

Hi pran105334!

I very much appreciate you posting in the forum! 👍

What is the exact version you're using? I have seen a report before and updated the beta (specifically for Windows) which should fix this issue.
