The PHP engine has been updated, which may or may not come with PHP errors.

This should make page loading faster, but as always ... report issues if you see any 😊

UPDATE: All topics marked "Solved"

Due to my own laziness (not marking topics as "solved" when they were) and users not tagging their topics like so either, I decided to tag all forum topics as solved.

This services 2 purposes;

1) it will make clear when new topics have been posted and are still unresolved.
2) it may trigger users to look at their own topics again (you can uncheck the "solved" button if you desire to do so).

UPDATE: SSL certificate error

Due to a mistake, the new SSL certificate for Tweaking4All.com did not include www.tweaking4all.com which caused SSL certificate errors.

This issue has been resolved. Thanks loek for reporting this!

Firefox 124: Error code: SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN

I have to make an exception to visit to site. Did anything change or is this new due to Firefox 124 ?

UPDATE: Moving to PHP 8.x

Hi All,

It was about time to migrate the website to PHP8.
As usual with big version changes of PHP, in this case from PHP7.x to 8.x, a few things broke and have been fixed on my test server.
I hope no other issues will surface here.
If they do: please let me know.

- CSS fix: the mini navigation bar kept being covered by the Google ad in some cases. Moved to top.
- Search box now searches in forum if you are already in the forum

Forum appearance warning

WPForo (the forum we use) is migrating to a new style with WPForo 2.x, no longer supporting the previous style sheets.

The results of this can be visible right now and make the forum look kind-a terrible.
Please note that this issue will be addressed once WPForo 2.x will be available.

5700 spam accounts deleted

Today we did some maintenance and removed 5700 accounts.

These accounts had been logged as spam account for more than 6 months now.
This means that these users were not able to log in since last summer.

These accounts have now been removed permanently.
I've you are experiencing any issues; please let us know
