Ah! Checked the dropdown beside where you put in the format string and found I had to add "" to have it know what to do for multiple episodes. Before it was a separate series of settings, but I guess it's more streamline in this one. Thanks again!

@nebetsu Can you post the format string you're using? (Settings -> Renaming Rules -> Filename Format)

For example: it looks like you're using %EZ - which makes the episode numbering 3 digits for "Animaniacs", since it has more than 99 episodes in a season.|

I'm trying the beta and the merge episode function seems to be worse and I don't see that there are any settings to change it like there were in the regular branch. For example: My Courage the Cowardly Dog would get named "Courage the Cowardly Dog - 01x01x02" when merged under the old system, but merging Animaniacs in the beta, makes it come out like "Animaniacs - 01x001". Is there something I'm missing?

It's actually not RMTV that calls it 3 episodes, it's the TVDB API (or TVMaze or TMDB) 😊

Back to your question: I'm not sure what version of RMTV you're using, but the beta version supports merging more than 2 files.
Select the files (3 in your question), and right click it. A "Merge 3 Episodes" option appears.

I have these Animaniacs files, which are three episodes each in one 22 minute file, like they would be played on TV. For some reason, Rename My TV Series 2 calls each of the segments separate episodes. Is there a way to merge 3 episodes instead of 2? I can't seem to figure this out
