Little help, please?

I have the problem with beta version 4.0.27 that everytime I restart my Macbook Air M1 with Golden Gate 27 (but it happend also with Sequioa) all my saved network shares are gone. When I start ConnectMeNow after rebooting I got a box, that asks, that it seems that I start CMN for the first time and that it would like to make a sample share. When I say no, I have an empty ShareDefinitions window and I have to load a backup config to get my old config back. Seems like a bug to me.

Thanks so much for this software! I use it every day and it's an incredibly convenient little program.

In the latest version, it seems like when I create a separator, it doesn't appear in the UI. This is even when I have "Add Horizontal line" and "Display as Sub Menu" checked.

Not sure what is going on, however i like the software very much, that is way i am taking the time to comment.

For some reason the new UI settigs is complicated, and some of the info only helps developers to understand the option it refers to it.

Here is the list of issues, for me:

 - About form on top of all other windows. 

- Takes time just to add files from HD to the list. Even if all options in "File Handling" is unchecked

- Unble to select what browser to open when clicking on links. e.g. "https://www.tweaking4all.com" in the about page.

- Info in some options are not clear for common users.

I was wonder if you ever considered port RMTV to a container for Podman / Docker? I just had Autobrr, Flaresolverr, Jackett, 

TheLounge, Prowlarr, Radarr, and Sonarr put in Podman running from a secondary drive  as containers so if I reinstall my OS

I can be back up with my arr stack very quickly. It would be nice to add RMTV to that stack even though I currently back up

RMTV's program folder.

For those of us that like to keep our software updated this way, would it be possible to get WinGet updated to the latest version please?

I use Rename My TV Series 2.3.12 (Build 21) on Linux and use the default settings for replacing special characters.

When renaming episodes of the series "Hubert und/ohne Staller" (https://www.thetvdb.com/series/253327-show) it doesn't replace the character "/" with "_" but creates the folder "Hubert und" with the subfolder "ohne Staller" (according to the Linux way creating folders).

How can I get the correct replacement for the series name?

First you may need to install smartctl (it seems default installed on a Proxmox server):

sudo apt install smartmontools

Next we need to determine the device of our SSD.
I used this command for that:

lsblk -o NAME,SIZE,MODEL,TRAN

The output lists something like this:

Here "nvme0n1" is the device I was looking for. In command line we address it by adding "/dev/" in front of it:

/dev/nvme0n1

To check the health of this device run this (may need "sudo" depending how you're logged in, with proxmox I didn't need "sudo"):

smartctl -H /dev/nvme0n1

A simple output tells you if your SSD is still healthy:

Linus has a simple command line that shows this:

MODEL and TRAN give you brand, model and size, where as TRAN gives you the type.
In this example a 1Tb NVME SSD. 😊 

If the TRAN column lists "sata" then it would have been a SATA SSD.

This command which worked great on my Mac (ARM), to pull a playlist (up to 1080p):

yt-dlp_macos --merge-output-format mp4 -o "%(playlist_index)s - %(title)s.%(ext)s" "youtube-link-to-playlist"

The "youtube-link-to-playlist" is the link in the address bar of your browser when you're looking at a linklist.
Something like "https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLrxYxzKOtC_-C8rHalpgngoe9e2-x48ZC".

All videos will be downloaded now, in the best resolution up to 1080p, and each video file will be saved based on their title.
