<p>There are 3 places where this is set:</p>
<p>1) under <strong>Preferences</strong> - <strong>Mount Related Options</strong>: "<strong>Always Ping before mount</strong>". This would make CMN ping always.</p>
<p>2) The "<strong>Default New Share Template</strong>" setting.</p>
<p>Both visible in this screenshot</p>

<p>Please make sure it's unchecked in all 3 locations - just to make sure.</p>

I unchecked the box 'Ping before mount' in the Advanced Options but mounting keeps failing with the message 'Mount attempt aborted - Server ping failed' The servers will mount through the Finder.<br />macOS 26.2<br />ConnectMeNow 4.0.18 ARM</p>]]></content:encoded>
