Hi all,

I've updated the URL to my Free Pascal study note (aka cookbook) to https://ikelaiah.github.io/free-pascal-cookbook/.

I realised including Lazarus IDE would make it too big and hence, just Free Pascal Cookbook for now.

Where Lazarus IDE is needed, there will be a note on it.
