I have a 9" USB monitor, pretty old, that I have sitting next to my Mac, just to see messages flying by.
It's really old (2009 I think), and for the longest time I was under the impression that there were no drivers for macOS beyond 10.13 available.

I was wrong. Seems the chip in the monitor is a DisplayLink product, and they do have drivers available.

You can choose the kernel extension version or ... this newer beta version which doesn't require anything special and will not be removed after an OS update.

You can download it here. Just for archiving purposes, I've attached the version I'm using with macOS 10.15.4, and it works great.
